So, for those missions that get put off, like sorting out the filing, or clearing out the spare room, for those jobs that seem too difficult like clearing out the loft, or making an insurance claim, and for those new things you want some support with like joining an exercise class or choosing tiles for the bathroom. I am also really happy to accompany you to appointments. 

I'm not a cleaner but together we'll get that kitchen cleaned, I'm not a financial advisor but we can sort out what can be done and what needs an expert.....

So much is better done with support and companionship (which is the role of a doula), and that's what I love to do. I have worked as a birth doula, post natal doula and end-of-life doula as well as offering support to older people. I'm also happy painting walls, chopping veg and dropping stuff to the tip (in your vehicle).

There are many ways I can support you, for a one-off mission or a longer project. You can have a 2 hour slot (minimum booking) or 5 hours (maximum booking in a day), and that can be just once , or more.

It costs £22/hour or £100 for a 5 hour block booking to be used on the day. I am based in East Sussex and am happy to travel for 30 minutes to you. (You cover additional expenses such as travel/parking charges etc.).

Recent projects include rearranging the rooms in an apartment, painting walls, constructing a huge and annoying (!) storage box, and going together to the mechanics to address ongoing issues with the car.
