With Intuitive Reflexology we can access the wisdom of the whole being through the feet. It gently encourages the body to restore and maintain its natural equilibrium and can serve anyone, of any age. it can be very deep, detailed, and energetically shifting. The feet often reveal stories and pathways for exploration. People often find it deeply relaxing, and sometimes have an experience of drifting between sleep and waking.

Reflexology is a natural healing art, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part of the body. By stimulating and applying pressure to the feet (usually, or sometimes hands), we are increasing circulation and promoting specific bodily and muscular functions.
Reflexology has been shown to be effective for :
Health in pregnancy, labour and post-partum
More broadly, in my experience, Reflexology can be a very powerful and non-intrusive way of having a whole body and mind treatment. Sometimes people want to talk, sometimes not. What you want is what guides each session. Reflexology (and I) do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe.
