Aways open to new explorers, these are guided, non-religious sessions with periods of silence. Suitable for beginners and those more familiar with practice. These sessions are free, via Zoom. Just turn up!

For managing pain, illness, stress, and to restore wellbeing. Learn some key concepts, experience a variety of practices and develop tools to support yourself in your life. (Max 12 participants).
