Talking, Listening 
'therapy'

A combination of listening, talking and exploring what you need to find helpful strategies for your wellbeing and thriving (informed by Inner Child Therapy, counselling, coaching, mindfulness and family constellations). 1:1 in person or online.

Mix and match, to any combination that suits you. I recommend talking work with body work to facilitate both release and integration. All sessions are the same rate and therefore can be tailored to your requirements. Talking sessions are a minimum of a 1 hour booking.
